EDEN Kesef EICCIO Advisors

Privacy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

EDEN Kesef runs entirely on your phone. There is no server behind it and no account.

So EICCIO Advisors does not receive your records, your customers, your takings or your identity, and has no technical means of doing so.

1. Who this is about

EDEN Kesef is owned and operated by EICCIO Advisors, of Lot 55, Public Road, La Grange, West Bank Demerara, Region 3, Guyana.

This page covers the EDEN Kesef application at edenkesef.app and this website. Any other service you buy from EICCIO Advisors is a separate arrangement with its own terms, and nothing on this page applies to it.

2. What EICCIO Advisors receives

Nothing.

That is a statement about how the software is built rather than a promise about how it is run. There is no account system, no login, no profile, no subscription and no server-side store. The application is a set of files your browser downloads once and then runs on the device. Every figure you see in it is computed on the phone, from the phone’s own records.

The application does not contain any analytics, attribution, advertising or crash-reporting code, and it does not load a script, a font, an image or a stylesheet from anybody else’s servers. The rule it enforces in the browser is default-src 'self', which means it is permitted to load nothing but its own files. If it ever tried, the browser would refuse before any request went out.

The one route by which anything can leave is the one you operate yourself: picking up a backup or a figures pack and sending it, using the phone’s own sharing sheet, to a person you have chosen. Nothing happens on that route without your action. See section 5, and read the security page before you use it, because what it sends is readable by whoever receives it.

3. What the app stores, and where

Everything is stored in your browser’s own storage on the device, in the area reserved for edenkesef.app. No other website can read it. It is described item by item, with the exact names, on the page about cookies and storage. In short:

Records are kept until you delete them. There is no retention schedule, because there is nowhere for EICCIO Advisors to retain anything.

4. Your customers’ data, and who controls it

If you book a sale to somebody, you record their name, and usually a phone number. That is another person’s personal data, and Guyana’s Data Protection Act 18 of 2023 applies to it.

Under that Act you are the controller of your customers’ data. You decide what is recorded, what it is used for and how long it is kept.

EICCIO Advisors is not a processor of that data, because it never receives it. A processor is somebody who handles personal data on a controller’s behalf. Nothing in this product sends your customers’ details anywhere, so there is no handling for us to do and no processing relationship to describe. The list is on your phone, and it stays there unless you move it.

Two consequences worth knowing, stated rather than buried:

This section describes how the product is built and what the Act names. It is not legal advice and it is not a substitute for it. If you need to know what the Act requires of you specifically, take your own advice.

5. When you choose to send figures to someone

The app can build a pack of derived figures for a named recipient, such as a lender, a chamber or an agency, so that the record you already keep can stand as evidence of your trading. This is off until you switch it on, and it is never switched on by something else you did.

What the recipient may do with it. When you hand figures to an organisation, that organisation becomes responsible for them in its own right, under the same Act. Two uses you should assume rather than be surprised by: figures given to obtain credit may also be used to price credit, and a tax authority is a plausible recipient of information a business has given to a lender or an agency. An adverse use you could not have foreseen is not a use you consented to, so it is written here and in the product.

6. The camera

If you point the camera at a barcode or a label, the frames are read on the device and nowhere else, either by the reader built into the app or by the phone’s own. They are not captured, encoded, saved or sent, and they reach no outside service. What is kept is the result: a barcode number, the text read off a label, and whatever you confirm it means.

Where the app offers to share a product entry so another trader can reuse it, that share carries the barcode and the product name and nothing else. Price, quantity, margin, customer and volume cannot travel by that route, and the restriction is enforced in the code rather than by a setting.

7. This website

These pages carry no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixel, no embedded video, no webfont and no third-party script. There is no form on this site, so there is nothing to submit and nothing to collect.

As with any website, the computer serving these pages has to receive your request in order to answer it, and that request carries your IP address and the kind of browser you are using. That is how the internet works rather than something we have chosen to gather; it is handled by the hosting platform, we do not build a profile from it, and nothing on this site identifies a visitor or follows one between pages.

8. Your records, and getting rid of them

Your records are yours. You can take them off the phone at any time, and you can destroy them at any time.

There is no undo and there is no copy anywhere else. If you have not made a backup, clearing site data destroys the book permanently, including who owes you money.

The same is true if the phone is lost, stolen or reset. Nobody can restore your records for you, because nobody else has them. That is the same property that means nobody else can read them.

9. Children

EDEN Kesef is a tool for running a business and is not directed at children. It asks for no age, no date of birth and no identity of any kind.

10. Changes to this page

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Because there is no account and no mailing list, there is no way for us to notify you directly, and we will not pretend otherwise. The current version is always the one at this address.
