Free to use, no account, no payment taken. Your records are yours and they stay on your device.

What follows is the detail.

1. Who you are agreeing with

EDEN Kesef is owned and operated by EICCIO Advisors, of Lot 55, Public Road, La Grange, West Bank Demerara, Region 3, Guyana. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean EICCIO Advisors, and “you” means the person or business using the product.

These terms cover the EDEN Kesef application at edenkesef.app and this website. By using either, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the product. There is nothing to cancel and nobody to tell, because there is no account.

2. What you may do with it

You may use EDEN Kesef to run your business, on as many of your own devices as you like, for as long as you like, at no cost. That permission is personal to you and your business, and it does not transfer with a sale of the software because the software is not yours to sell.

You may not:

• copy, redistribute, host, resell or rebrand the application;
• use it to do something unlawful, or to keep records of other people in a way that breaks the law where you are;
• present figures it produced as something other than what they are, for instance by removing the completeness information that travels with them;
• attempt to break, overload or interfere with the service by which the files are delivered, or with anybody else’s use of it.

3. It is free, and what that does and does not promise

There is no price, no trial, no subscription, no card and no in-app purchase. We do not sell, licence, aggregate or resell your transaction data under any wrapper, including as an anonymised benchmark, and we do not show advertising.

We will not put records you have already made behind a payment. The record is the part that must stay free for the product to be worth anything.

EICCIO Advisors may in future offer separate paid services, such as work done on a business’s behalf. Anything like that would be a separate agreement you enter into deliberately. It will not be a condition of using the till, and nothing in the till will be withheld, degraded, delayed or gated because you have not bought it.

4. Your records

Everything you enter is yours. We claim no ownership of it and take no licence over it. We do not receive it and we have no way to reach it: there is no server behind the product and no account to look you up by.

It follows that we cannot recover it for you. If the phone is lost, reset, or has its site data cleared, and you have no backup, the records are gone permanently. Making backups is yours to do, and the security page explains what a backup is and is not before you send one.

5. What you are responsible for

• What you enter. The figures are computed from your entries. If a cost is wrong, the margin computed from it is wrong.
• Your customers’ data. If you record a customer, you are the controller of that person’s data under Guyana’s Data Protection Act 18 of 2023. See the privacy page.
• Your own obligations. Your accounts, your filings, your tax, your licences and your record-keeping duties remain yours. This product is a record you keep, not a filing you have made.
• What you send, and to whom. A pack of figures, once sent, exists on somebody else’s system, and revoking consent stops future sends but cannot recall it.

6. It takes no payment and gives no advice

EDEN Kesef never holds, initiates, receives or moves money. It records that a payment happened and how, after it has happened, using whichever provider you already use. It is not a payment service, it is not a wallet, it is not a bank and it is not a lender.

It does not tell you that you are eligible for anything. It produces no score, no rating and no likelihood of approval, and it never states that a business is bankable or that a facility is open to you.

What it does is report what your own record supports, line by line, with the completeness of that record attached. What anybody makes of it is their decision. Nothing in the product or on this site is financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.

7. Availability, and the state it is offered in

The product is offered as it is. We do not promise that it is free of defects, that it will suit a particular business, or that the website and the download will always be reachable.

Two things are worth saying plainly rather than leaving inside a disclaimer. Once installed, the app runs from a copy on your phone and does not need us or the network in order to take a sale. And there are open items recorded against it, the largest being that records are not yet encrypted on the device; that is described on the security page rather than left for you to discover.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the product. That includes records lost because a device was lost, reset or cleared.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Ownership of the software

EDEN Kesef, its name, its design and its software are owned by EICCIO Advisors. Using the product gives you permission to use it and transfers nothing else. Your records are a separate matter and are dealt with in section 4: they are yours.

10. Stopping

You stop by deleting the app from the home screen and clearing its site data. There is no notice period, no cancellation and nobody to inform. Clearing the data destroys your records, so take a backup first if you want to keep the book.

We may stop offering the product. If we do, the copy already installed on your phone continues to run and your records stay where they are, on the phone, because that is where they have always been.

11. Changes

We may change the product and these terms. When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and the current version is the one at this address. There is no account and no mailing list, so there is no way for us to notify you directly and we will not pretend there is. Continuing to use the product after a change means you accept the change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guyana, and the courts of Guyana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
